Cycles and Transportation Saving money for Security.

Cycles and transportation should be initiated by IT, Youth minded Indian people.

This is the ideal time that we have to realise how to cut down our costs and contribute for the security.

Here I would like to appeal for all the Indian IT people and Youth minded people. I appeal to these section of people because I believe I have to do first if I have to say anything and I belong to this section of people and so I would like to appeal to section of people. It was(in India) and it is(in Germany) really practical to me to use cycle as much as possible. I don't say that usage of cars, bikes should be banished but we need to realise and understand the purposes for which what we have to use.

I give the priority in the following manner. (Highest priority first)

1. Cycle. (We should use advanced(geared) cycles to do our work little bit faster and easier. Please visit Hero Cycles, Atlas Cycles for extensive range of available geared cycles and also post your feed backs if you find better cycles websties.)
   
2. Public transport.
3. Take lift.
   
4. High mileage Bike accompanied with some one (Which means try to give lift to somebody when you are travelling by bike. I do agree we have concerns from the strange people because they may not be good persons. But just think one scenario we are living in the society of terror where we don't have guarantee of our life so I don't think once in ten thousandth occasion the bad person to whom we have given lift will do something bad to us is also same thing as the terror. So it is almost the same with this calculation. Please do not concentrate on how bad situation we are but instead concentrate how better we are making the situation. I like to use my brain only for the good thinking. Ok going further we might end up developing good culture of giving lifts. ) - We have to remember and learn lessons from US where they are struggling to have lots of petrol for their transportation of their big number of cars(in complete world). We should try and not let that situation to come into our nation as we are much more hugely populated than USA.
5. Bike
6. Private transport (Auto Rikshaws, Taxis, Rikshaws(I think they are rare now)) (So that you can support another person by extending some employment)
7. Cars accompanied with some body. (I believe having cars does not signify that you are rich. If you want that significance then you have to prove your ability by using the car smartly. Make some surrounding groups who travel to same place. In fact this is already in practice in cities like Delhi, Mumbai. But other cities who did not had that emergency are not practising but I think it is wise to do before the emergency arises. Ok coming back to the formation of groups I am sure 90% of people who are using the cars would be having internet or mobiles as well. So we have to use our communication medium to coordinate in a better way like in what timings we are leaving for offices (or daily visiting places) - I request people that we should not show our richness with cars. Remember Tata is going to launch 1 Lakh car so everybody can buy. it So if we have to show our richness we got to be smart :) and act smartly.)
8. Car (This is my last option)

So if we save the money in these travelling we can use this money for many things. Which I don't need to say. But the time has come for us where we have to give more money for security and so now it is emergency that we have to save this money for our security.

It is sad that the governments in india still does not feel the need of cycles and we don't have cycle paths on roads. Which is different here(Germany) they have separate cycle paths.

With this kind of thinking we can have create so many things Good environment, good health, getting away from huge doctors fee. We can good amount taxes as well where Government can spend on public transport and security.
